Hello! I'm from San Diego, CA, and currently an MS3 at the UC Irvine School of Medicine. Seeing many of my family members suffer from heart attacks and strokes inspired me to pursue a career in medicine and work for health equity in the cardiovascular disease field. Through research and patient care, I hope to improve heart health for communities that have often been wary to trust the healthcare system.
